Ruben Yaralyan is a Food & Beverage Manager with 14 years of experience in food service, outlet operations, menu development and team leadership. At E3, he oversees daily F&B operations across permanent venues and event kiosks, with responsibility for quality, food safety, cost control and customer experience. Ruben develops new concepts, selects equipment, establishes operating procedures and supports outlet launches from planning through day-to-day management. His practical approach to process improvement helps new F&B concepts open efficiently and maintain consistent service standards.
