Rajan Pathak is an operations and project-management leader with more than 12 years of experience across technology, events, entertainment and family entertainment centres. At E3, he leads venue operations, operational improvement, technology initiatives, ticketing systems and complex project launches across Qatar. His work connects business continuity, process improvement and team development with hands-on delivery. Rajan's ability to coordinate stakeholders and maintain performance under tight timelines supported his progression to Head of Operations - FEC / IT.
