Arslan Arshad is a Project & Logistics Coordinator with more than 12 years of experience in logistics operations, project coordination and multi-site event delivery. At E3, he manages international shipments, customs coordination, regulatory approvals, procurement and on-ground installation teams across simultaneous venues. He is known for keeping complex movements on schedule, maintaining control of operational detail and securing cost efficiencies through direct contractor negotiation. Arslan is also developing his supply-chain leadership expertise through postgraduate study and professional training.
